Our pricing model is designed to reflect the expertise, effort, and custom support required for each client’s unique business journey whether you’re applying for government funding, setting up your startup, or exploring early-stage financial support.
1. Service-Based Pricing
Our pricing is customized based on:
- Type and complexity of service (e.g., documentation, funding advisory, incorporation assistance)
- Startup stage (ideation, MVP, or early-revenue)
- Urgency of the task
- Level of government compliance and documentation needed
We ensure that all pricing is communicated clearly before any payment is collected.
2. Indicative Fee Range
For transparency, our consulting and advisory services typically range between: ₹500 to ₹1,00,000 (exclusive of government fees, GST & taxes) This range serves as an estimate only. Final pricing depends on eligibility, documentation, and the depth of assistance required.
3. Government Fees (Separate)
Government fees and official filing charges (e.g., for Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Startup India DPIIT registration) are billed separately and directly based on the prevailing rates. We only charge our advisory or document-handling fees, not government charges.
4. Cost Estimates & Invoices
We provide detailed estimates and tax invoices before beginning any service. Each estimate
includes:
- Consultancy fees
- Breakdown of support to be offered
- Government or third-party charges (if applicable)
There are no hidden costs.
5. Customized Packages
Every startup is different. We offer tailored service packages depending on:
- Startup readiness
- Sector-specific requirements
- Grant/funding targets (e.g., Seed Fund, Incubators)
We’ll work with you to match your goals, compliance needs, and budget.
6. Payment Terms
- 50%–100% advance may be required depending on the service type.
- Payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, net banking, and secure payment links.
- Work begins post confirmation of payment.
7. Additional/Third-Party Charges
Expenses like CA/CS certification, IP registrations, or tech validation reports may involve additional third-party charges. These are billed separately with your approval and are not part of Securepath’s consultancy fee.
8. Scope Changes
If you change or upgrade the scope of work after agreement, we’ll revise the pricing accordingly and seek written approval before proceeding.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, once documentation has started or services have been rendered, partial or full refunds may not be applicable. Please refer to our refund terms or speak to our support team for case-based resolution.
